I disagree. Interruptions are crucial. Having a person dominate the time with a diatribe because of a non-interruption rule would hinder discourse.

How can I handle the impulse to add information (interrupt) to what another person says? I've been improving a lot, writing it down helps me, but sometimes I still have a hard time handling it 🙏🏼
