I used the free post envelope but I paid to have it special delivery by 1pm so they couldn’t say they didn’t get it💁🏼♀️thankfully they’ve sent a letter back to say they have it🤣

I've always used the Freepost Envelopes for DLA and PIP and sent them tracked/special delivery and never had any issues. I assumed it did have a postcode on

Used the postcode and they still wouldn't let me send it tracked it took 9 days to arrive to them 🥺. We are on week 18 currently so hopefully not much longer and we'll find out

Luckily I sent mine tracked so had proof as someone in the mail room stole both of my sons forms and evidence! It was a nightmare to sort
