🚨🚨🚨you can put tiny homes in your acres they just can’t be on a foundation!!!!! Has long as there is no foundation it’s considered personal property and you can have has many as you want!

You have to parcel it out. My parents have 35 here in TN and parceled off 2 1 acre spots for me and my brother to build a house on. Pay the county to assess and perk test it

Can you build 3 barn/ shed that happen to have a bathroom. Kitchen and inside build can be added later. Find out what is allowed and work with that. only an issue in cases of selling or emergency

Reason 40 acre minimum zoning exists is to maintain rural living. You can go to town and have four homes on top of each other. people bought property near you to live where there is only one home/40ac

it's crazy bc we're in a neighborhood w less than .25 acre lot and the homes are all around 2k square ft! so why can't you build on 5 acres; that's 20 homes in neighborhoods
