@amanda_the_love_warrior: As I’m waking up this morning, I’m thinking about my day ahead, and am already excited about a date I’ll be going on… I can’t help but wonder if he’ll ask the famous “So…tell me about yourself” question. To me this is just a tiny bit lazy in the questions department… so I immediately deduct a point for lack of creativity…But in a pinch.. Here are a few ideas of how you could respond: 1. The funny approach: make funny points about things you’re doing at that very moment… “well…I like cocktails, and going out to eat… 2. Try the obvious lie but quirky-creative approach… like “Well, I have a pet unicorn, and I love to take her out for a spin when I’m not on dates on weekends.” 3. The “answer a question with a playful question” approach… You could coyly say "I don't know, what do you WANNA know?” 4. The show off approach: Tell them about something fabulous that you are proud of that you did or accomplished recently that will be sure to make you stand out from everyone else. 5. Share something new you tried like a recipe, a dance class, or a hobby of some sort Share a story about something you know is a common interest between you two.
