everything you need to know about setting your 2024 goals⬇️ My credentials? I used to set goals every new year only to fail in a few months. since 2021, I’ve used this method and successfully achieved every single goal on each of my yearly lists (I can’t believe it either). Step 1: write down a list of 10 goals you want to achieve in the next 12 months. make sure that each of these goals are S.M.A.R.T. This stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. I also really recommend writing these goals down in the present tense, almost as if you already have them.  Step 2: once you have your list of 10 goals, circle the goal that would have the biggest impact on your life if it came true in the next 24 hours. take that one goal and move it to another piece of paper. Step 3: take your one goal and set a deadline for achieving it. then, write down 3 mini-goals that will help you achieve the big goal. Breaking it down like this really helps you track your progress and stay motivated along the way.  Step 4: once you’ve outlined your mini goals, I want you to think about one small task you can do every day to work towards that goal. If you have a fitness-related goal, maybe your daily task might be to go for a short walk or drink enough water.  Step 5: repeat this process with each of the goals you outlined!!
