Most the time their headlights hit my side mirrors, but mine are electric so I just turn each out one towards their car. Works like a charm

The rear view mirror has a feature to cut the glare of headlights. Just flip the little lever on it. It's been there for years and works great.

most people don't realize rear windows are tinted, not to mention alot of people don't understand how headlights work.... lol
