@yogabynicole: Something I love doing is envisioning myself in a year from now. Imagining that future version I would like to be, and asking myself what I have to keep doing today, in this very moment, to get to that version. I think it’s by far the best motivation and reminder to stay disciplined and focused on your goals and habits, cause it’s so easy to be like, not today, it doesn’t matter, but the thing is, YES IT DOES.
