Easy to say at 25! I could then too, not see easy as a 49 year old 😂 I didn’t used to but I’m bombarded with what I can and can’t eat. I’ve even heard my beloved porridge is bad at my age! 😳🙄😆

In the us the trend is opening a refrigerator door to an almost empty fridge with ozempic and saying see you in 3 months in the smallest bikini you’ve ever seen 🤦♀️
