Replying to @Chaun Archer We got scammed! After meeting our contractor at the original signing back in October, we never saw him again! He occasionally sent ppl out so we weren’t too alarmed, but he never came back himself to check the progess (first red flag 🚩) Then eventually he ghosted us altogether 😩 Upon trying to report him to the BBB, we learned he doesn’t even have a registered business 😮‍💨🤦🏽‍♀️ In our hurry to try and have our kitchen done by Christmas, we didn’t do our due diligence vetting the company and ended up paying for it BIG TIME. Once we reach a resolution I’ll be sure to name drop so no one else has to go through this nightmare!
