@jnesisonline: @FashionNova I even called @UPS and they advised me that I did not have Saturday delivery despite me paying for Saturday delivery on your website! Then you all sent an email saying that the carrier updated my delivery date.... no they didn't, you didn't ship with Saturday delivery, you chose UPS next day air saver which delivers on the NEXT business day - which is Monday. So where is my refund for the shipping. You all have been doing this too often and even after a class action suit, you all are still doing it and obviously getting away with it. I know I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I think that Fashion Nova is accepting more orders than they can fulfill and cannot deliver on their expectation. The other day I ordered a fur jacket and they sent me a trench coat. Get it together! I've been patronizing this business for well over 9+ years and I barely spend with anyone else but this horrible service has to end. Who is in charge there?
