I just know Iโll relate so well to this book. I canโt eat certain foods because I know Iโll binge them so I stopped buying them completely

I started a GLP1 and it eliminated my emotional response to these foods. That changed my entire outlook on these foods and how useless it is to eat food with no nutritional value

this honestly sounds like the intro to an eating disorder. reframing "bad" foods as disgusting to regain control is a really slippery slope and can easily lead to bulimia or anorexia

Demonizing certain foods does not stop you from eating them. It puts you into a shame spiral and when you do eat these foods you over indulge and even binge.
