well evolution cars will have to refund him every dollar but he can also make a law suit against evolution cars for selling him a car that was stolen and that caused distressed to you

back a couple weeks later. if I had to guess, they probably reported it stolen to their insurance company first. so insurance payout and got truck back. idk.
