𝚁𝚎𝚌𝚒𝚙𝚎 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞 Whole Eggs, large 6no Caster Sugar 160g Milk 50g Oil 40g Cake Flour 180g Norohy Vanilla Extract 1tsp 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 Elle & Vire Mascarpone 120g Elle & Vire Performance Universal Cream 480g Icing Sugar 60g Norohy Vanilla Extract 1.5tsp 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 Korean Strawberries ~500g Tadoka Solid Vanilla for shaving 𝙼𝚎𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚍 𝚘𝚏 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚔 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞 - Separate yolks from whites - Whip egg whites till lightly fluffy & add in caster sugar one spoon at a time until a stiff peak meringue forms - Pour in separated egg yolks to combine, followed by addition of milk to combine - Fold in the sifted cake flour 1/3 at a time by hand - Distribute into two parchment lined trays, spread and bake at 180deg.c for 10-12 mins - When cooled, cut the sponge cake into 3 circles of desired size 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 - In a mixer, combine all the ingredients together and whip till stiff peaks - Keep in chiller until needed  𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 - On a cake board, layer on the sponge cake as the base, followed by, adding whipped cream and spreading evenly - Cover with strawberries & add more whipped cream, followed by spreading it evenly - Add another layer of sponge cake & repeat the addition of whipped cream & strawberries - Cover with final layer of sponge cake - Scrape excess cream & set cake in the chiller for 2 hours - Finish by coating cake in whipped cream & decorating #strawberryshortcake #shortcake #cake #strawberry #cakerecipe #easyrecipe #dessert #sgfoodie #dessertlover
