Oxi Clean makes a powder just for whites. You can just run it in your washer on the white cycle and it works perfect. No soaking.

I just wash them - if they complain about how dirty they still look I say “than stop wearing them for baseball practice and with your slides/crocs”

I use a 5gal bucket to soak then pour off and dump in washer. Saves time and not messy

I got away from bleach 2Yrs ago and I do Zote, borax & Oxy. I soak in the washing machine in HOT overnight & wash the next day super clean. I’m going try the dry in the sun next!
