When trying to intimidate 011, the guard who replaces the Front Man asks her something cryptic. Later in the season, Jin-ho refers to the fisherman-like character I mentioned as “Captain.” Based on these two moments, I’m calling it now—the Captain isn’t working for the Front Man. Instead, I believe he’s the highest-ranking figure in the games, meaning the Front Man answers to him. After Il-nam passed, I suspect the Captain took over.
