Does it have to be a revocable trust if you have a mortgage or can it be irrevocable as well without triggering the lender to be able to want full payment of the mortgage?

Specifically a revocable living trust, provided that: 1. The borrower remains a beneficiary of the trust, and 2. The transfer does not affect occupancy rights. hope that helps.
