You need to have your assets in a trust for a certain number of years prior to getting married or a judge can void it. A good attorney will film the prenup.

Wrong! Just put all the $ over seas. Then sell house to a trusted family member for 5k and all the property you want to keep low ball everything and keep the receipt and give half of that to her 😂🤣

Except it’s not going to stop a judge from ordering alimony. In many states a judge could even order lump sum alimony totaling half the trust.
