for people who don’t believe that doctors do this, i can 100% vouch for her i see a neurologist and my plan currently consists of taking Clonidine for my tourettes for two years and I’m getting put on antipsychotics because it’s unfortunately one of the mainline treatments. It’s sad and frustrating how misunderstood tourettes is and also how understudied the condition is. I feel for her so much, having Tourettes is difficult, there are days where i hate it, days where i’ve had enough and others where they’re just ‘funny’ distractions to myself ❤️

do u have an recommendations for meds for ts? i was never allowed to go on one because i have orthostatic hypotension but im seeing my neurologist soon and want to bring it up

I can relate to the memory problems with 2 TBIs and I’m wanting to get off antipsychotics for PTSD but I’m scared. I hope you feel better and don’t deal with all of this for too long 🫶 Cute haircut!!

These types of meds are awful to get off of. my daughter stopped taking anti anxiety depression med and it was awful. like wanting to chew on something. zaps in the brain. I don't think doctors realiz
