Trust me I would if I could but with history of severe Dv I went no contact can’t file for child support because that will give him my address but also visitation rights to my two youngest children

If he's truly a deadbeat he still won't pay! In 23 years I probably got 3 $25 checks. Once I realized he couldn't be consistent I did what needed to be done on my own

I understand it but at the same time you can do that and it still don’t make difference I know so many men don’t pay child support it’s ridiculous owing thousands and they don’t have not one care in the world which put you in the same place you were before

I did this with my son & I only gave him rights to my child he still doesn't pay cs everytime I take him to court I only get $50. It's not worth the irritation.
