my hcg was 27 when i went to doctor early on with severe bleeding and they told me i was having a miscarriage but i still felt pregnant and 5 weeks later i went to the doctor and my HCG was through the roof and my internal ultrasound showed a baby beautiful bean! praying for your family ✨

Have them try progesterone supplements when you first find out and onward. I struggle with repeat miscarriages and premature birth and progesterone kept my daughter in!
