@fatimahomran: Have you tried this Persian sweet/sour fruit leather? Currently summer stone fruit is soo cheap at your local grocers so stock up and make this. The pomegranate seeds add that extra sourness crunch to it that makes it so good!! As mentioned in the video, if plums are very soft and juicy just do the following - Wash and pit the fruit - place in a blender (skin included) - squeeze some lemon. - blend until smooth - strain excess skin - pour on a baking paper lined tray. (Make sure you spread it evenly, and don’t make it too thin. You don’t want to see the baking paper. And don’t make it too thick. - place under the sun directly all day.
