I got the m9 on Amazon in February and have had to buy replacement flanges for both sides because a piece of the insert that goes into the collector ring breaks. 😔 Thankfully to Momcozy customer 1.

Flanges ALWAYS breaking. I used to use my Momcozy bottle washer, had to stop using the sterilizing feature because I thought that might be the issue but nope- hand washing every day as an exclusive pumper and still they’re breaking almost weekly. Customer support is great and will send new ones for free but I reached the limit on how many they’ll send me… so back to buying them because I can’t justify a new pump at this point…

I like the app feature of m9 and I get the same output as I do with my spectra but the plastic part of the flanges breaking are a huge issue. Had to replace one after one month use and I only pump 1x a day

when traveling I use the m6 back in the case but the tiny bit of milk on the walls ends up leaking out from the little hole at the top & getting on the battery,do you think the same thing would happen with the m9 ?

I kinda hate my m6 ! I only get so little every time! Nothing more than 30ml sometimes less, i have to do a 1 hour session to get around 60ml and it is super painful
