the comments saying no to head and shoulders 🙄🙄. I’ve had scalp psoriasis my whole life and it’s the only thing that works consistently. Ketoconazole is too drying and selenium sulfur smells bad.

I’ve been doing all of this for like years now and none of it helps. The anti dandruff shampoo seems to make it worse. And it feels like there’s little grains of sand in my scalp. I feel so gross 😭
