@dietitiankyra: sunday pancake series | lemon poppyseed pancakes with a warm blueberry syrup How to make: 1 c of all purpose flour 1 tbsp sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1 cup of milk 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp melted butter about 1 tbsp poppy seeds about 1-3 tbsp lemon zest 2 tbsp lemon juice Mix & make over medium heat Whisk wet ingredients: milk, egg, butter, and vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest into a small bowl. In a separate bowl mix your dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder & baking soda, poppyseeds, salt in a medium bowl and create a little well in your dry ingredients and pour the wet into the dry.
