It’s a great campsite, but I wish electric was optional, we don’t need it in the summer and they wanted an extra £7 a day on top of the £40 a night pitch fee and extra £5 booking fee.

It’s our fave I think. Beautiful location, lake is stunning. Great facilities, if you can pitch by the water you get ducks saying hi. Beware of bunny visitors in your tent at night 😂

We stayed there when touring Wales last year. Fantastic site (although the showers weren’t great). Perfect for water sports & swimming - bonus points for the pizza & bar (and breakfast rolls!)
