try more explosive and higher. my friend can do 20+ wide ones yet no muscle up... he doesn't have explosive strength... try just 1 pull up as explosive as possible, 30s rest and repeat till failure

Stop doing restracted scapular pu for muscle up. Do Hollow body pull ups explosively and you will get it in no time.

Hit first 20 clean reps with your chest touching the Bar and don't just try to get your head over Bar. After you have to do high pull ups with Force. Then learn the technique from other Influencers.

Just one advice... Pliz try muscleups with razistanc band... It will boost your progress real quick... and try to master the tehnique

If you read comments... Doing fast Pull Ups helped me a lot. Like really fast. Imho that's better than weighted PU.
Also I was trying to touch the bar with my chest then lower ribs and then belly.
