Tbh I felt they did a good job showing how diverse the Muslim American community is. I think as a Muslim American who has a lot of single friends, the most common topic is the haram/halal ratio.

i’d never judge that person for saying prayer is optional, but rather pray that salah comes easier for them. i wish we would have more compassion for our brothers and sisters rather than shaming them

I think it’s different when you live in a dense cultural neighborhood in nyc vs living in Subarus of Cali or Texas you get more Americanize. So there more comfortable sharing things
