We journey with the way of the Spirit - His life interwoven through the dunamis power of His word. 🩵 The health benefit of the word of God has power in it and can also help with healing. Proverbs 4:20 - 22 My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. 21 Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; 22 for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body. 💙 I aiming to narrate the book of Genesis. You can follow in a few ways. 🙂 1. You can speak along with me if you want to exercise your faith muscle: Romans 10:17 New King James Version 17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. 🙂 2. You can relax and listen to it. Listen whilst breathing slowly in and out through the nose, nose breathing helps the parasympathetic nervous system which in turn helps to regulate your body. 🙂 3. You can do some creative movement whilst listening. 🙂 4. You can turn the volume down and sing it. 💚 Here are some things you can do after you have done the above, sit down with the Holy Spirit, have your journal handy and ask Holy Spirit to highlight the things that stood out to you.
