so let me understand this. Your bag sticks out a bit you have to pay? but it still fits in the overhead because you still bring it on with you, so it's not actually oversized 🤷🏻

.. and the motivation for the staff at the Ryanair boarding gate is commission! Whatever money is charged to passengers ( even if your bag fits ) is divided amongst the staff on a monthly basis.

I reckon the UK airport ones have made the sizers smaller and the other countries haven't changed theirs so theirs are still bigger

They know that case dimensions do not include .5 cm geo texture on the case itself so will inevitably not fit flush. Also any expanding cases also have a wider zip depth, again not fitting flush 😡
