For PCOS girlies taking inositol that haven’t conceived yet, I have taken it for ~ 1 year and it helps but it has not helped me to ovulate, sometimes you need an extra boost, nothing is wrong with you

If you have regular periods and not PCOS. I was told by my RE not to take it. It can lower your androgens even more and mess with your hormone levels.
