@radionukualofa: Brigadier Lord Fielakepa launched the inaugural Pan Pacific Lead Capability course in Tonga from February 13 to 21, 2025, marking a significant step towards regional unity and leadership development in the Pacific. This event, the first of its kind held in the Pacific outside of New Zealand, brings together military leaders from Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Fiji, and New Zealand. By addressing shared leadership challenges, the course fosters collaboration and resilience across the region. Partnered with the New Zealand Defence Force Institute of Leadership Development, this initiative is a key component of the Pacific Leadership Development Program, aimed at enhancing knowledge sharing and inspiring the growth of military leaders.
