Its never happened when i did it myself but i went to a salon for the first time yesterday and they burned my scalp so bad its blistered and bleeding. Do i go and say something to them? I dont like to kick up a fuss but i couldnt sleep from the pain

I got a bleach and tone three months ago and it was AWFUL! My stylist burnt me so bad it gave me two huge bald spots on the side of my head and burned the hair follicles off. There still isn’t any hair growing, will the hair come back?🥹

i’ve had tight shiny then flakey scalp after bleaching and i didn’t wash my hair for like 11 days after my appointment and let warm jojoba oil sit in my hair for a few days and in the shower w conditioner

i just got my retouch done and oh my god when i was getting the product washed off i wanted to cry cuz it was just excruciating painful, like i felt my eyes wanting to roll back but i sat so still like a rock but ooh did my body wanted to move away from the water so badly 😭😭
