Garlic Parmesan chicken tenders  Ingredients  For marinating chicken tenders: 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders boneless skinless Salt to taste  1 tbsp black pepper  3 tbsp pickle juice  1 tbsp garlic powder  1 tbsp paprika powder  1/2 cup buttermilk milk For the coating of chicken tenders: 1 cup all purpose flour  1/4 cup corn flour  Salt to taste 1 tbsp black pepper  1 tbsp paprika powder  1 tbsp garlic powder  Oil for frying  For the garlic parmesan sauce: 2 tbsp unsalted butter  3 cloves garlic ( minced ) 4 tbsp mayo 1/4 cup parmesan cheese  Salt to taste 1/2 tbsp black pepper  1 tsp red chili flakes  Fresh coriander ( finely chopped ) Method: To marinate the chicken: In a bowl add buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, pickle juice and garlic powder. Mix well and add the chicken tenders. Mix until chicken is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. To make the breading: In a large bowl, combine the flour, corn flour , salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until well blended. Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade a few at a time and toss into the breading mixture. Set breaded tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat the process one more time by dipping the tender in the liquid mixture and then the dry mixture.  Add oil in a frying pan, Heat over medium-high heat until oil is shimmering. Using tongs, place several chicken tenders in the hot oil without crowding the pan. Cook until golden brown on the bottom side, a few minutes, then flip and cook until the second side is also golden, a few minutes more.  To make Garlic Parmesan Sauce : In a pan add butter, once melted add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute on medium heat, transfer to a mixing bowl. Add mayo , salt pepper, red chili flakes, cilantro and parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined. Toss the fried chicken tender in the garlic Parmesan sauce until evenly coated.
