Tith from net pay bcoz thats what is available for consumption. When you receive those deductions later, you will tith as it becomes available

You calculate Tithe from your net salary cause thus what you have received as take home. Remember that we are supposed to Tithe the money for retirement also. Gross is covered at retirement package.
