I didn’t even think the Walmart Cake issue applied to you. You have ALWAYS been very affordable!

I charge $40/ dozen for strawberry crunch cheesecake stuffed berries. No way I could justify charging $60/ dozen for plain chocolate dipped berries and I use good chocolate 😩

Business owners can charge whatever they want for their product as well as customers can choose to spend their money with them or go somewhere else 🤷♀️

25 bucks is very reasonable. Ingredients at most would be what like 10-11 bucks?

saw a video where a person was charging $75 a dozen and they were dipped in almond bark! No way to justify that.

I saw someone say grocery store decorators are probably bakers who can't/don't want to have the unpredictability of a small business

In Canada a single pint of strawberries is about $8-12 plus the chocolate is another $5-8. Plus the time, additional decor, and packaging. Looking at around $20 cost just to make maybe a dozen here.

The one baker that said that if you are so poor that you gave to buy a Walmart heart cake for a birthday then you don’t deserve cake for a celebration was WILD! What’s wrong with some people?

I charge a lot because I hate doing cakes for other people. I started doing them when my son was born for *memories* so I hope they don't like my asking price so I don't have to do it lmao
