Holding stocks isn’t an issue. Trading stocks while in Congress is. If he had those AT&T stocks before joining Congress then he is fine to keep them and they should not count against his ranking.

Nah I’m a progressive and Raskin is my congressman. He has his flaws but he’s a B+ at minimum. Dude always stands 10 toes in on business. He lacks charisma but don’t mistake that for being lame.
