yo creo que si es posible, también depende de la genética, ejemplo yo jamás hice ejercicio de ningún tipo, pero entré al gym e iba dos veces por semana y en casi dos meses se re notaban los resultados, ahí entendí que menos es más, pero depende de muchos factores. Alimentación, genética, técnica, descanso, conexión mente-musculo etc etc.

If you have muscle memory it can be that fast. For me, if I slack and get back in again, within two weeks I see my gains as if I never stopped. Every body (literally) is different 🙂
