@dale.does.dishes: Toe spacers for athletes! I've been on a two+ year calisthenics journey and have discovered so much about my body, mainly my feet. I had been toe walking my whole life which left my arches weak and made skills like pistol squats nearly impossible. Once I started focusing on planting all my toes firmly I was able to hold more yoga poses, like half-moon, balancing on one foot. Even upper body skills like front levers when held correctly would cause a cramp in my foot drawing my attention to how important it is to have a strong base. Order a couple pairs just to have some fresh backups.
