I’m surprised your dentist suggested a mechanical toothbrush. My dentist and oral hygienist said they are the worst toothbrush and is one of the leading causes of receding gums.

Registered Dental Hygienist here🙋♀️fyi.. 4 quadrants is what we have! 6 is called sextants. I use a Sonicaire only. Flossing is best for inflammed, bleeding gums!!
