😳ever hear of x800 or Fernox man screwfix I unblocked 30 year old baxi potteron was only getting up to 40 got it to go to 90 all rads piping never heard anything only that heat was too hot 🥵 👍

I’ve seen loads of these with holes burnt through the top baffle, little tip use the Worcester tool with two heavy duty screwdrivers going through the holes levering off the heat exchanger and working that lower spring baffle out, It’s not failed me once since I was given that tip, word of warning it can go with a bang sometimes when it releases

si c est du bosch, buderus elm leblanc c est tous les mêmes corps de chauffe , tu démonte le corps ,tu le sort de la chaudière et tu sépare la partie inférieure en plastique ,et tu peut sortir les deux corps de déplacement, puis tout remonter

Whip the heat exchanger out knock the bottom baffle out from underneath replace baffles . Pressure wash heat exchanger while it’s out . Worked for me a few times that

dont get that on your skin . i have 3rd degree burns because a plumber used that stuff then housing assosiation called us in after without informing us they used that stuff . just to clear blockage .

Couldn't you take the hex out, take the sump off and knock em out from the bottom with a hammer + some wood? worked for me before
