@bonafidefit: Probably one of my favorite windmill variations. Typically, I have clients use dumbbells or kettlebells, but when you take the time to listen to their needs. That’s when you pivot. The use of the med ball solely focuses on shoulder stability alone. In addition, this movement is a great way to mobilize the hips, and improve core stability!
