I always pull mine out from the wall before use as it gets really hot at the back and I do not use paper sheets in mine as many do as it’s dangerous. No problems here, it’s common sense. ✨

Mostly down to misuse and user error. Can’t say I’ve ever added any oil to mine. Things cook well without and at lower temperature than a conventional oven. Don’t try and rush it. 🙄
