Let me tell you wow this was so darn good!  102g PROTEIN  68g fat 1118 calories  16 Net carbs  Recipe:  1 pound Chicken thighs, boneless  ¼ teaspoon cumin  ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika powder ¼ teaspoon pepper powder ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon oregano 3 tablespoons cream cheese 2 to 3 tablespoons Tapatio @tapatiohotsauce   2 ounces shredded cheese plus more for topping  Dash of salt 1 tablespoon jalapeño olive oil or any oil and add chopped jalapeños  1 ounce chopped onions  2 poblano peppers, roasted, then peeled, and deseeded 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 egg  1 teaspoon minced garlic  Extra cheese I used Italian blend pre-shredded  Queso Fresco to sprinkles over  1. Marinate the chicken thighs overnight with the seasonings and the olive oil  2. Roast your poblano peppers and peel them 3. cook the chicken thighs until done with the onions. Add in the cream, cheese, cottage cheese cheese. 4. Add peeled, poblano peppers to a baking dish and or air fry safety dish and air fry at 450° for 5 to 10 minutes 5. Top with an over easy egg, guess of fresco and some more Tapatio.  This was incredibly delicious! Like I am obsessed! Def making it again!
