It's so hard, i have adhd and it's such a deep and tough place. we get emotionally attached to rubbish stuff that won't happen or come back. I always have a smile on my face but it's so hard as yk i hate myself and it's a if no one cares.

This video genuinely made me cry. ADHD is so exhausting and it’s not what people put it out to be. I have this constant feeling that something is wrong with me and over think everything I do or say. I can’t feel my emotions properly and I don’t know how to react to love and I want to try and do everything on my own and feel guilt for needing help. It makes me feel like I’m alone even when I’m with people and I can’t bring myself to do the tasks I need to do. People say “oh your just lazy” and now thats all you put in your head is that you are being selfish even tho its a real thing. Wishing I could have that motivation and drive to do things. I’ve never related to something more and for so long I felt like I was alone in that. So thank you for lifting that weight of thinking I was the only one who experiences this side of adhd because it is so painful and the guilt is the worst part and what made it hurt so bad was never knowing other people experienced it too
