my anatomy isn't compatible for nursing. I tried it just never worked. 🤷🏽♀️he's 7 and almost 5ft soooo we survived haha

I formula fed and would put the water in the bottles for nighttime and not add the powder formula until right before I made the bottle and it saved me so much from losing formula from accidental spill

mini fridge by your bed, stores milk and do the fridge method with your pump parts of you have to pump!

Just keep in mind that pumping and feeding is BF too. I exclusively pumped with both my kids and it’s a great way for dad to be involved too. Also look into a dryer/sterilizer -serious game changer!

Fed is best for sure! But if you can make it 2 weeks then it gets easier. Like it’s hard at first but if you can stick it out those 2 weeks you will be golden!

Momcozy is the BEST! They have the best baby monitor and sound machine, that’s exactly like the hatch but way cheaper.

From a first time mom of a 13 month old. One of the most amazing nurses who helped delivered my daughter, a lot of the nurses recommend the liquid formula since i’s sterile. Just something to think of

I wish they had that cooler when I breastfed/ pumped at work! I had the Ceres Chill, which I liked, but I felt like I made such a mess pouring milk into it.

Your parts to your pump can go in the fridge for 24 hours so you don’t have to wash them everytime. Best tip ever
