My kids’ pediatrician said if you lay your baby face to face on top of you while you lay back it counts as tummy time. My kids’ hated tummy time as well.

My oldest would scream until she threw up during tummy time. We finally gave up on it. Good news, she grew up, went off to college, has a job. Her neck muscles seem fine 😂
