Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback because I genuinely love your moisturizer so much. I’ve repurchased it many times — more than 5 times with the old packaging and 3 times with the new packaging. I actually stopped repurchasing it recently, not because the product stopped working for me, but because of the new bottle packaging. The moisturizer itself is still amazing and helped heal my breakout skin so much, which is why I kept coming back to it. However, I’ve been having issues with the new pump bottle. There’s still a lot of product left inside, but the pump doesn’t work very well, so it becomes really hard to finish the product completely. I usually have to open the cap and shake the bottle just to get the moisturizer out. I’ve experienced this with 3 bottles already. Personally, I prefer the old packaging more because although it was simpler, it functioned much better. The new packaging is prettier, but unfortunately not as practical for me. Maybe this issue only happens to me, and I’m sorry if this sounds like a complaint. I just wanted to share honest feedback because I truly do love your moisturizer and appreciate how well the formula works for my skin.
