True story...I know a lady who was insistent on having the funeral home shape a smile on her deceased mother -- with teeth showing!! Reluctantly, they accommodated. And yes, there were audible gasps of shock from several visitors at the viewing service.

my mother looked very uncomfortable in her casket. if i had been more minded I would have asked them to fix her. I now regret allowing her to be left that way.
