If ur constipated make sure you eat lots of fiber, start your day off with fiber, every meal, and end with it too. An easy way is chia seed Greek yogurt pudding in the mornings

i wonder if I don't have side effects because I'm diabetic. I was scared to start this medication cuz i was afraid of side effects but I haven't had any issues at all. thank goodness.
