@3ascja: I came across this toilet at Narita Airport, Tokyo, JAPAN. If you are alone with your kid and you dont want to leave your kid to a stranger while you are inside or your kid doesnt stay still when you are doing it you can put her/him to this seating place which is super useful for me also nothing i see in any other country.
